First view of the Needles formations. The rock here is just incredible -- colorful and fantastic quality.
The four mile approach was a nice way to warm up and offered fantastic views of the Eastern Sierra skyline, including this one near sunset

Headed up a route called Fancy Free on the sharp end. This was a cool off-hands crack that thinned down to amazing fingers, maybe the best finger crack I've ever climbed.
